Dorset has an abundance of fresh produce from both land and sea. We have Dorset Crab from the Jurassic Coast and spring lamb from the hills that inspired Thomas Hardy to write ‘Far From The Madding Crowd’.

Local fishermen and farmers keep kitchens supplied with the finest fish, meat and vegetables. We use their produce and our own home grown to create recipes in our Dorset kitchen- with the company of a few animal friends.
